Sonya Judkins is a Senior Manager of Legal Discovery and Compliance at T-Mobile. Prior to joining T-Mobile in June 2020, Sonya held the same position at Sprint for over 12 years. As part of the Discovery & Information Governance (DIG) team at T-Mobile, Mrs. Judkins is responsible for a variety of e-discovery areas including Information Governance best practices, Emerging Technology best practices, Information Governance and discovery training and collections and document reviews. Sonya specializes in the areas of in-house legal/litigation practices and procedures, management of core-team efforts to implement policies, procedures and tools helping to mitigate risks associated with the preservation and production of electronically stored information thereby ensuring compliance with Federal and State laws and regulations.

Amy is the Lead Senior Counsel and Head of Legal Operations for CBRE, a global leader in commercial real estate. Amy has held in-house positions as Legal Chief of Staff at SunPower, Associate General Counsel and Director of Cardinal Health's Discovery Center of Excellence, Director of Walmart’s Discovery Operations Group, and eDiscovery Counsel for the Williams Cos. Before going in-house, Amy was an associate at the firm of Crowe & Dunlevy. Amy has taught eDiscovery and Legal Operations at multiple law schools and is currently an adjunct professor at the Ohio State University Moritz School of Law. Amy is a proud former member of the Steering Committee for The Sedona Conference’s Working Group 1 on Electronic Document Retention and Production, is ACEDS certified, and serves on the Global ACEDS Advisory Board and the Georgetown Advanced eDiscovery Institute Planning Committee. Before becoming an attorney, Amy worked as a theater stage manager and producer, a teacher, and a database designer and administrator for an ed-tech start up.

Considered among the top legal technologists in the US, he has spent the last 20 years leveraging the power of technology to meet the current and emerging needs of organizations throughout the legal community. He is also the author of the 2016 bookProject Management in Electronic Discoveryand has been successfully consulting in information governance, e-discovery, project management and legal technology for all of his career, including 10-year stints at both Skadden Arps Slate Meagher & Flom LLP and Stroock & Stroock & Lavan LLP. For much of his career Mike has been training and educating lawyers and other legal professionals in the benefits of technology to the legal profession. A graduate of the State University of New York, he is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and a Certified E-Discovery Specialist (CEDS). He frequently speaks and writes on e-discovery, legal operations, project management and technology topics. Mike is an avid foodie and enjoys cooking and reading when he isn’t focused on developing new policy initiatives and educational offerings.
