The Federal Bar Association for the Western District is launching a four-part Race, Equity and Justice (REJ) series that seeks to facilitate discussion and understanding of the many challenges attorneys and courts face in achieving equal justice. The initiative's first program discusses the courts' role in addressing disparity and how each federal district can lead by example.
Please join us for a panel discussion moderated by Judge Tsuchida who will explore this topic along with Chief Judge Martinez, Judge Pechman, and Amrita Mallik, the Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Officer for the United States Court for the Ninth Circuit.
