Ryan Best is the Head of Client Success and Vice President of Operations for Rampiva Global LLC, a company that produces software for eDiscovery and Forensic Technology investigations. With more than 22 years of experience in litigation support, eDiscovery, and service operations, he has served customers in nearly every capacity that the industry has to offer. Ryan is a results-driven believer in the underdog and a true problem solver who thoroughly enjoys accomplishing the highest goals set before him.

As the Head of Client Success, Ryan is crucial in driving the adoption and maturity of Rampiva products for existing customers, while also managing and conducting pre-sales proof of concept initiatives with prospective customers. Ryan’s team also manages the Rampiva Knowledge Base, Rampiva Support Portal, and product training packages. As the Vice President of Operations, Ryan is an essential part of managing day-to-day operations for Rampiva which includes acting as the corporate Secretary and Treasurer.
