He will explore process changes implemented when requesting and obtaining expungement of customer dispute information. Michael will also review new requirements for those seeking expungement in a customer arbitration and in a “straight-in” expungement request. Finally, he will identify practical considerations that firms and associated persons may want to address when requesting expungement.
