Event Overview:

  • The FinTech Forum will bring together thought leaders from federal and state regulators, business and academia and expert attorneys to:

    • identify and discuss business, legal, and regulatory issues;
    • highlight emerging trends and challenges, and
    • explore future possibilities.
  • In particular, the FinTech Forum will examine the interplay between FinTech businesses offering novel customer products or user experiences and traditional financial institutions supporting or, in some cases, competing with, such products and experiences.
  • Particular attention will be paid to the legal and regulatory structures that enable such arrangements. Topics of note will include deposit products, payments and funds transfers, and lending arrangements.
