The Finance Authority is a housing and economic development finance agency that has financed over $600 million of affordable housing and economic development projects in New Orleans.

Under his steady leadership, DC Green Bank has developed its first financial offerings, established strategic relationships, and explored opportunities to realize the District’s ambitious Clean Energy goals and DC Green Bank’s mission of becoming the integrated hub of information and investment to accelerate DC’s transition to a sustainable and thriving future.

Alex Kragie is the Director of the American Green Bank Consortium. Previously, Alex was the Acting Executive Director of the Montgomery County Green Bank, the nation’s first county-level Green Bank. He has also led work on the Nevada Clean Energy Fund and other Coalition for Green Capital initiatives.

Mark has served as first chair in more than nine jury trials, five of which lasted a week or longer. He has successfully argued cases before the Fourth Circuit Court of Appeals and the North Carolina Supreme Court. Mark is also a NCDRC certified mediator and AAA panel member.
