Our Civil Justice System Levels the Playing Field -

I’m sure you’ve heard the term “tort reform” before, often used by those who say too many people are abusing our civil justice system. Look closer and you’ll see that the backers of “tort reform” are corporate special interests that want to protect their profits by keeping Americans out of the courtroom. What they don’t tell you, and what we proudly highlight in this month’s newsletter, is that our civil justice system and right to a trial levels the playing field for any American to take on those with more power ... just as our forefathers intended when they wrote the U.S. Constitution.
