Waiver of Prosecution

A waiver of prosecution is a great form to have a victim in a criminal case to complete and sign to help get the case dismissed for your client.

Each state attorney has some unique language required in the waiver. This is a good guide to use. It should be crafted toward the facts of the case. These facts should be from the victim's point of view not your client.
