I this a Madoff feeder fund case against Fairfield Greenwich Group, Judge Marrero denied a request for a preliminary injunction by plaintiffs seeking to freeze the fees paid to Fairfield fund managers who invested money with Madoff.

The plaintiffs alleged that approximately $1 billion in fees was improperly paid to Fairfield, its affiliates and executives based on investments with Madoff.
