The final regulations for The Genetic Information and Nondiscrimination Act of 2008 (GINA) will become effective on January 10, 2011. Your dreaming of GINA for the past two years will be over soon, as it will become a reality.

Employers are encouraged to understand HOW this new law will affect them not IF.
