Colorado bankruptcy court decision allowing 2nd mortgage lien strip in a chapter 13 bankruptcy that is not eligible for discharge. This decision breathes hope back into the chapter 20 strategy to remove a debtors 2nd mortgage when that debtor previously files chapter 7 bankruptcy.
