The EEOC recently issued a new Compliance Manual section
regarding religious discrimination in the workplace. The agency also issued two new summary documents: Questions and Answers: Religious Discrimination in the Workplace
and Best Practices for Eradicating Religious Discrimination in the Workplace. These new resources are useful tools for employers in creating a work environment free of religious
discrimination and harassment.
