The Ohio Healthy Families Act appears headed toward the November ballot. If voters pass the proposal, many Ohio employers will be required to provide at least seven days of paid sick leave each year to fulltime employees who are absent due to their own illness, or to care for family members who are ill. What should you know (and do) before the measure becomes law?
