Why Partners Don't Understand Generation Y


Why do partners have such a hard time understanding generation Y? Are they really lazy, or just hard to motivate? This article analyzes a panel discussion between Scott Greenfield, Dan Hull, and Anthony Zana that occurred at the Superconference back in the Spring of 2009. The conversation was eventually picked up by the Wall Street Journal Law blog, ABA Journal, and dozens of other law blogs.
