Class Action Complaint of Peshkin v. Tremont Group Holdings related to the Madoff investment scheme


Class Action complaint against Tremont Group Holdings and several affiliates for gross negligence of professional and fiduciary duties to manage the capital invested by the Plaintiff and other members of the class.

Alleges that Tremont turned the capital over to Bernard Madoff. The complaint alleges that Tremont failed to perform proper due diligence, failed to exercise due care in managing the investment and/or concealed that Tremont was not actively overseeing and safeguarding Plaintiff's investments.

This lawsuit was filed by law firm Hagens Berman Sobol Shapiro.
