RumbergerKirk is a firm of 90 trial attorneys, represents both small and large companies throughout the United States from our offices in Orlando, Miami, Tampa, Tallahassee and Birmingham. We work as a team with our clients to resolve a wide variety of legal matters and focus primarily on commercial litigation and the defense of civil lawsuits.
RumbergerKirk has a diverse litigation practice which includes labor and employment law, product liability, construction, toxic torts, class actions, professional liability, insurance coverage and bad faith, trucking, appellate and casualty defense. We also have a strong commercial practice which includes securities and financial services litigation, banking, bankruptcy, commercial foreclosure litigation, IP litigation, fraud and consumer litigation defense.
We are always vigilant for opportunities to resolve a case short of trial litigation when it can be done on terms favorable to our client. Some cases however, cannot or should not, be settled.
