The Staff of the U.S. Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC) has now released its long-awaited guidance on the amendments to its Part 4 rules affecting CPOs and CTAs that were finalized earlier this year.
The FAQs can be accessed here (see alert for link). We will be studying this guidance and expect to issue our own commentary in due course.
