Construction activity in the greater Denver area has been steadily increasing over the past 17 quarters and we don’t anticipate much slowing down for the remainder of 2014 and into 2015. Construction employment in Colorado has grown by a robust 9% since this same period last year and totals 135,600 jobs, but still remains over 20% below the peak levels of 2007.
