With the pandemic, businesses battled the overnight shift to almost entirely remote workforces while faced with unprecedented challenges to keep the lights on. While many organizations have “returned to work,” most have adopted some form of agile work policy or continued investment in remote work programs. We will share our lessons learned and predictions for the future of agile work including protection of intellectual property and employee privacy, special considerations arising from the Supreme Court decision in Dobbs, and other compliance issues resulting from disparate and changing state laws.
