    • This session will provide an understanding of key advertising and marketing issues. There will also be a discussion on recent enforcement activity and trends, allowing you to optimize the impact of your advertising and marketing efforts while mitigating legal risks.

Three hours of Minimum Continuing Legal Education (MCLE) credit is pending in California, Illinois and New York. Illinois certificates of attendance will be distributed by ACC Chicago. California and New York certificates of attendance will be distributed by McDermott Will & Emery.
