On June 27, 2016, a federal district judge in Lubbock Texas entered a nationwide injunction against the Department of Labor and related federal officials and agencies prohibiting enforcement of the new DOL persuader rules.  The decision is attached here  5th Circuit Order – Perez.  We will provide further analysis of the implications of this critical decision over the next few days.
