The Department of Labor's Veterans' Employment and Training Services (VETS) recently issued a special announcement on its website indicating that the VETS 100/100A online reporting application is now live.
In our previous Legal Alert entitled, "DOL Extends Deadline for Second Time to Submit VETS 100/VETS 100A Reports," we reported that VETS extended the deadline for applicable federal contractors to file a VETS 100/VETS 100A Report due to technical difficulties with the online reporting application. The deadline is now December 30, 2011. VETS recently issued a special announcement on its website indicating that the VETS 100/100A online reporting application is now live. Federal contractors required to file a VETS 100/100A may now electronically submit their reports using the VETS 100 reporting application for the 2011 filing cycle.
