The Metropolitan Water District of Southern California (“MWD") has issued a Request for Qualifications(“RFQ”) from experienced and qualified respondents with the capacity and competency to finance, plan, design, permit, build, own, operate and maintain large-scale (20MW or larger) renewable energy projects on MWD-owned properties in Southern California. Much of MWD’s real property in Southern California (over 147,500 acres) is used for various operational purposes.
