The San Diego County Water Authority ("Water Authority") seeks proposals from qualified firms or a consortium of firms to design, install, own, operate and maintain solar power systems at facilities owned by the Water Authority and its participating member agencies. The solar power systems may contain inverters, conduits, and other equipment necessary to deliver solar electricity to the Water Authority at interconnection points, carports, shade structures and mounting systems.
