Stark, C. J. Plaintiffs’ motion for leave to amend the complaint following issuance of a certificate of correction in the PTO.

The motion was filed on September 6, 2016 and briefing was completed on September 16. The scheduling order allowed for amendment of pleadings until February 26, 2016.  Plaintiffs have failed to satisfy its burden to demonstrate good cause and diligence. The motion is denied.
