K-12 Title IX Regulations Trainings Winter Series

Join Bricker Graydon attorneys for a series of trainings to learn how to remain compliant with the current Title IX regulations.

*Training materials will be provided to attendees to post on their websites in compliance with the current Title IX Regulation Section 106.45(b)(10)(i)(D). While this training includes instruction on the grievance and appeal processes required by the current Title IX regulations, it is not district-specific and does not include an individualized assessment of policies and procedures.

Attendance at these trainings is limited to employees of K-12 schools and other individuals who provide services to those school districts. Individuals who are unaffiliated with a school district will not be permitted to attend without prior approval. Level 2: K-12 Title IX Coordinator/Administrator Training

This advanced-level virtual training course is developed specifically for K-12 administrators to help them better understand their school’s obligations under Title IX. Topics include how school discipline processes intersect with Title IX, handling requests for confidentiality, policy considerations and the formal grievance process under the current Title IX regulations.
