What if you had a ticket to the apocalypse and a legal argument broke out instead?
The quote at the top of this piece is the opening line of a recent Atlantic article by Garrett Epps on the King v. Burwell arguments that took place Wednesday, March 4th, before the United States Supreme Court.
Indeed, by all accounts, The Affordable Care, aka Obamacare, hangs in the balance (again!). As Epps notes: "This case is as crucial to the success or failure of the ACA as National Federation of Independent Business v. Sebelius, the 2012 decision that preserved the individual mandate."
We want to hear from you.
Based on your readings, how do you think the justices will decide in King v. Burwell? Why do you say so - and what are the implications for such a decision?
Sound off on this top legal issue of the week -- it's your turn to be heard. Go!
