Delaware Display Group LLC et al. v. Lenovo Holding Company Inc. et al., C.A. Nos. 13-2108-RGA, 13-2109-RGA, 13-2112-RGA, November 28, 2016.

The court finds that the right to sue for infringement prior to the assignment of the patents was transferred to plaintiffs. Plaintiff’s motion regarding unclean hands is denied. The invalidity motion is denied due to issues of fact. The remaining summary judgment motions regarding infringement are denied due to issues of fact remaining.

Andrews, J. Defendants' Motion for Summary Judgment that Plaintiffs Lack Standing to Sue for Acts of lnfringement Occurring Prior to October 1, 2012 is denied; Plaintiffs' Motion for Partial Summary Judgment of Ownership and No Evidence of Defenses is granted in part and denied in part;  Defendants' Motion for Summary Judgment of lnvalidity is denied; Plaintiffs' Motion for Partial Summary Judgment of lnfringement is denied;  Certain Defendants' Motion for Summary Judgment of Non-Infringement is denied. Oral argument was held on October 24, 2016.
