The recently enacted California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA) adds to the groundbreaking 2018 California Consumer Protection Act (CCPA), adding new data subject rights, imposing additional obligations on businesses, expanding the private right of action for data breaches and creating a dedicated privacy enforcement agency.
