Bob’s tech-focused practice includes advising clients on privacy issues related to information collected through eCommerce platforms, including the European Union General Data Protection Regulation (EU GDPR) and applicable U.S. privacy laws. Bob often serves as outside counsel for clients, advising on technology acquisition and web- and mobile-based commerce. As part of his multidisciplinary intellectual property practice, Bob drafts and negotiates software licenses, software and mobile application development agreements, data sharing and management agreements, and website terms of use and privacy policies.

He also regularly counsels clients on complying with existing and emerging privacy and information security laws, including the European Union’s General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the California Consumer Privacy Act of 2018 (CCPA) and state information security statutes. David is certified as a Fellow of Information Privacy (FIP), a Certified Information Privacy Professional in the laws of the United States (CIPP/US) and a Certified Information Privacy Technologist (CIPT) by the International Association of Privacy Professionals.

Jeffrey Wolff joined ZyLAB as eDiscovery Director in May 2015 with over 20 years of experience in Information Systems and enterprise software. He has been involved in solution architecture, design, and implementation for major projects within the Department of Defense and Fortune 1000 corporations.Prior to joining ZyLAB, Mr. Wolff held senior positions within firms specializing in Microsoft SharePoint and enterprise search solutions, so he has vast technical knowledge in the fundamentals of information management and eDiscovery.

Mike Quartararo is the founder and managing director of eDPM Advisory Services, a consulting firm meeting the emerging e-discovery, project management and legal technology needs of law firms, corporate legal departments and service provider organizations He is also the author of the 2016 book Project Management in Electronic Discovery, which merges project management principles and best practices in electronic discovery. Mike has been solving client problems using technology for 20 years. He has built his career upon strategic and innovative thinking, leadership and operational skills he honed while working at the best legal organizations in the world. A former law firm director, project manager, database specialist and paralegal, Mike has decades of experience delivering e-discovery, project management and legal technology services to law firms and Fortune 500 corporations across the globe. He has worked in legal technology and litigation support at large law firms, including ten years at Skadden Arps Slate Meagher & Flom LLP, and more recently, as the firm-wide director of litigation support at Stroock & Stroock & Lavan LLP. As an adjunct professor at Arizona-based Bryan University, Mike co-designed and taught a graduate program on e-discovery project management. He is graduate of the State University of New York and he studied law for one year at the University of London. He is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and a Certified E-Discovery Specialist (CEDS). He sits on the national board of the Association of E-Discovery Specialists and is the ACEDS liaison member to the Advisory Committee of Duke-EDRM. Mike frequently writes and speaks on issues related to project management, e-discovery and litigation support.
