The National Bar Association Commercial Law Section (NBA-CLS) and Wiley Government Contracts attorneys Kendra Perkins Norwood and Ben Phillips are partnering to host a virtual program that will explore the ways doing business with the federal government can differ from doing business in the commercial marketplace. The discussion will highlight notable differences in government and commercial business practices—from the legal and regulatory compliance frameworks that apply, to the ways contract terms are negotiated, administered, and enforced.
