The ever-changing rules around Paycheck Protection Program loans have continued to evolve. With the PPP Flexibility Act, borrowers were given more freedom and flexibility to spend the funds with the possibility of full forgiveness. If your business received funding through this federal program, you’re now probably asking what options exist for maximum forgiveness.

Please join Lowndes attorneys Mark Heimendinger, Ferran Arimon and Nicole Cuccaro as they provide an overview of the latest rules regarding PPP loans and discuss what you need to know to ensure your loan is forgiven.
