Bricker & Eckler’s annual “Hot Topics” seminar is going virtual this year! This series provides human resources professionals and in-house attorneys with insight into ongoing and emerging labor and employment issues.

Webinar Description

Bricker attorneys Jill Bigler, Liz Stock and Chris Page will talk about the most recent developments in wage and hour law, including changes to the rules for calculating overtime and common pay issues surrounding the use of certain bonuses and pay codes to encourage employees to pick up extra shifts.

We will also discuss common pitfalls surrounding paying employees for all hours worked, including automatic meal break deductions, paying for travel and training time, on-call requirements, and more, as well as practical tips for avoiding those pitfalls.
