The Energy and Clean Technology Practice Group is pleased to update you about exciting developments on the Massachusetts legislative front. Read our alert on this topic to learn about the significance of this legislation and its potential impact on the future of clean energy in the Commonwealth. For additional information about the bill, please read “Clearing the Path to a Greener Future,” which appeared in The Boston Globe on July 21st and was authored by David O’Connor, Senior Vice President for Energy and Clean Technology at ML Strategies, and Tom Burton, Chairman of Mintz Levin’s Energy and Clean Technology Practice Group.
