On February 5, 2022 China became the 94th country to join the Hague System which will go into force on May 5, 2022.  Under the Hague Treaty, parties from participating countries may file a single application for protection of a design that will be effective in all countries that are parties to the treaty unless one of those countries raises an objection to the application.
