It is prepared for the general information of our clients and other interested persons. It is not, and does not attempt to be, comprehensive in nature. The date of the latest update is indicated for each jurisdiction, and we will endeavour to update this overview as new measures are announced and/or come into effect. However these are fast-changing developments, and the eligible sectors and beneficiaries as well as the application process for each measure vary depending on the measure. Many measures will also be subject to the approval of the European Commission under EU State aid rules.
