The Official NLRB Poster is Issued

In follow-up to our alert of August 25, 2011, the National Labor Relations Board (NLRB) has issued the poster which all employers (with a very few exceptions) will be required to post as of November 14, 2011.

Here is a link to the poster

As always, if you have any questions regarding whether your business is exempt from the NLRB's new posting requirement or concerning proactive ways to prepare your workforce for the inevitable questions this posting is going to generate otherwise, please contact Bill Trumpeter or any member of our Labor Relations Practice Group.
