Colleen leads the US region for LDM Global. She has worked in the legal industry for more than 20 years as a licensed attorney and a legal consultant. She has extensive experience consulting with Am Law 100 firms and Global Fortune 500 companies on internal investigations, civil litigation and enforcement actions. Colleen has been a go-to expert in the field recognized for developing defensible ESI and document review protocols for complex and large-scale litigation matters. She offers notable experience in civil enforcement matters with a focus on health care and securities fraud. Colleen and her team were chosen by the Plaintiffs’ Steering Committee to support the discovery work in the sweeping Blue Cross Blue Shield Antitrust Litigation. She also regularly consults with clients on GDPR compliance, data privacy and cybersecurity initiatives. Colleen was instrumental in relaunching the New England Chapter of the Association of Certified E-Discovery Specialists. This is her fourth year serving as the president of the chapter executive board.

Greg Deane

Greg leads the EMEA region for LDM Global. With more than 15 years’ experience in legal technology and business transformation, Greg has worked in three of Ireland’s top five premier law firms, working on a number of high-profile investigations and disputes across Europe. Greg was part of the largest in-house eDiscovery team in Ireland, including assisting with the Bernie Madoff Ponzi scheme litigation. Currently, Greg assists companies across Europe on navigating and responding to Data Subject Access Requests related to GDPR.In addition, Greg is the founding member and president of the Association of Certified e-Discovery Specialists’ Ireland chapter.

Michael Perillo

Michael Perillo is responsible for many of John Hancock’s Global Wealth and Asset Management risk management and information security activities. He focuses on Cyber, Risk, Security, and Compliance certifications and attestations, where he coordinates initiatives to keep John Hancock’s security controls and cyber environment aligned with the highest standards of data protection and privacy. Michael has a diverse technology background spanning healthcare and financial services. After graduating from Boston College, Michael and his colleagues built a digital nutrition startup which connected patients to nutrition and dietetic practitioners through virtual office visits. He then gained experience in the financial sector while working as a technology risk consultant at State Street Corp. while earning his Master of Science in Cybersecurity from Boston College. Michael is still involved in New England’s startup community where he volunteers as a security and compliance advisor and is currently a cybersecurity researcher in a joint collaboration between Boston College and the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.

Mike Quartararo is the President of the Association of Certified E-Discovery Specialists (ACEDS), which provides training and certification in e-discovery to the legal community. He is the author of the 2016 book Project Management in Electronic Discovery and has been successfully consulting in information governance, e-discovery, project management and legal technology for two decades, including 10-year stints at both Skadden Arps and Stroock.
