Brian is a shareholder in the DC office of Vedder Price PC, focusing on antitrust and consumer protection matters. Brian has 25 years of experience guiding companies through the review of mergers and acquisitions before federal and state antitrust authorities, and has represented companies in a diverse array of industries including environmental services, air transportation, ocean carriage, periodicals distribution, and manufacturers of a wide range of industrial and consumer products. Brian holds J.D. and M.S. degrees from Georgetown’s Law Center and Edmund A. Walsh School of Foreign Service, and received his B.A. from the University of Oklahoma.

Kristen’s practice primarily focuses on corporate transactions in the environmental services industry, including mergers and acquisitions, venture capital investments and commercial agreements. Kristen also has experience in antitrust regulatory matters relating to M&A transactions. Prior to joining WM in 2018, Kristen was a partner in the corporate and securities group of Mayer Brown, a global law firm. Kristen received her law degree from the Paul M. Hebert Law Center at Louisiana State University, where she graduated magna cum laude, and received her Bachelor of Arts in Mass Communication from LSU, graduating summa cum laude.
