Jon Braunstein is a member of Dentons’ Litigation and Dispute Resolution practice and a partner in the firm’s Oakland office. He advises clients in the health care, insurance, employee benefits, financial services, technology, real estate, retail, construction, and global defense industries.
Jon has litigated cases of all shapes and sizes, including class actions, contract disputes, business torts, antitrust and unfair competition claims, labor & employment claims, non-compete and trade secret misappropriation claims, consumer protection claims, and data privacy/security matters. He has niche experience representing managed care systems, health plans and/or providers in fraud, waste, and abuse investigations and litigation under state and federal law, including the False Claims Act (FCA), ERISA, RICO, and the California Insurance Fraud Prevention Act (IFPA).
