The Draft 2015 Annual Plan of Operation for the Arizona Water Bank Authority (AWBA) is available online for comment. Written comments may be submitted to the AWBA via email prior to the close of business on December 1, 2014. Alternatively, comments may be presented in person at the AWBA’s next quarterly meeting, scheduled for December 3, 2014, at the Arizona Department of Water Resources, 3550 North Central Avenue, Phoenix.
