AIA Gives Its Bonds a New Look

Earlier this year, the AIA revised and released bond forms A-310 Bid Bond and A-312 Performance and Payment Bonds. This marks the first time the AIA has modified the A-310 since 1970 and the A-312 since 1984. Eric Radz of Ober|Kaler discusses the changes.
