I. Certificate of Need Program -

A. AL2019-021, Champion Sports Medicine, Vestavia Hills, AL: Proposes to add occupational therapy services to an existing single specialty rehabilitation services facility consisting of physical therapy services in Jefferson County. Opposition: None. Approved.

B. AL2020-001, Crimson Village, LLC, Tuscaloosa, AL: Proposes to expand an existing thirty-two (32) bed specialty care assisted living facility (SCALF) through the conversion of sixteen (16) assisted living beds, resulting in a forty-eight (48) bed SCALF, pursuant to Ala. Admin.Code r. 410-2-4-.04(2)(d)(6)(ii) of the 2014-2017 Alabama State Health Plan. Opposition: None. Approved.
