The Arkansas Department of Environmental Quality (“ADEQ”) issued an April 4th news release noting that a United States Department of Transportation (“DOT”) designation of two segments of Arkansas roadways as “signage-ready for alternative fuels.”
ADEQ states that the following corridors in Arkansas were designated:

I-40: From the Arkansas/Tennessee border to Conway, Arkansas

US 67/167: From Little Rock to Searcy

I-40: From Arkansas/Tennessee border to Arkansas/Oklahoma border

I-30: From North Little Rock to Arkansas/Texas border

CNG Pending:

I-40: From Conway to Arkansas/Oklahoma border

US 67/167: From Searcy to Arkansas/Missouri border
-
I-55 From West Memphis to Arkansas/Missouri border
-
I-30: From North Little Rock to Arkansas/Texas border
The federal program is described as establishing a national network of alternative fueling and charging infrastructure along national highway system corridors.
The two designations are stated to be:

ADEQ states it is working with stakeholders to achieve alternative fuel corridor status for electric vehicles, compressed natural gas, and propane.
