The Arkansas Advanced Energy Association (“AAEA”) in partnership with the Arkansas Department of Environmental Quality Energy Office is holding a meeting titled:
Arkansas Energy Performance Contracting (AEPC) Summit 2018 (“Summit”)
AAEA describes the AEPC program as a “key cost-saving tool for Arkansas’s public entities.”
Energy performance contracting is characterized as a turnkey service with an annual savings guarantee. It is further stated to be a method of finance providing taxpayer-funded public entities “with the opportunity to complete a comprehensive set of energy efficiency, capital infrastructure, and renewable energy measures at no upfront cost.”
