Arsenal Capital Closes Two Funds With $5.4 Billion

Arsenal Capital Partners has announced that it has completed fundraising for two new funds, totaling $5.4 billion in capital commitments.

Arsenal Capital Partners VI (Fund VI) closed with $4.3 billion in capital commitments. This exceeded its $3.0 billion target. The firm said Fund VI will focus on investments in healthcare and industrials businesses with proven technologies and solutions.

Arsenal Capital Partners Growth closed with $1.1 billion in capital commitments at its hard cap, exceeding its $750 million target. This fund will follow a similar strategy in the same markets as Fund VI but pursue investments in emerging technology businesses.

Arsenal, based in New York, is a private equity firm specializing in investments in middle market healthcare and specialty industrials companies. Founded in 2000, the firm seeks control investments in companies with the capacity to use $50 million to $300 million of equity, including add-on acquisitions.
