The North Carolina Business Court has implemented a new subscriber-based email alert system to keep readers up to date on the Court’s recent decisions. The alert will hit subscribers’ inboxes every other Wednesday and contain links to opinions and orders of significance filed by the Court over the preceding two weeks.

This new feature mirrors alert systems already used by federal courts, and is similar to the opinion release notifications available from the North Carolina appellate courts. By receiving this information directly to their inboxes, practitioners will be able to stay apprised of cases and rulings impacting complex business litigation across the state.
