On 5/1/20 the CPUC issued a notice to hold a Ratesetting Deliberative Meeting on agenda items related to R.17-09-020 (Refinements to the RA Program) and R.18-07-017 (Standard Offer Contract for Qualifying Facility of 20 MW or Less under PURPA) for 5/4/20, cutting off ex parte communicationsfor these items.
