The China Trademark Office (CTMO), the Trademark Review and Adjudication Board (TRAB), and Trademark Examination Cooperation Center (TECC) no longer exist as separate entities and have all been merged into the newly established Trademark Office of the China National Intellectual Property Administration (CNIPA).
