Condominium and New Home Warranties and Rights of Action

Construction defect issues diminish both the value and enjoyment of homeownership, and are significant problems for homeowners and their associations, as well as potential sources of liability for developers and builders. And while associations and new home purchasers are afforded various warranties and other avenues of redress, none of these remedies provides a certain or easy path to resolving construction matters.

Ober|Kaler real estate and construction lawyer Raymond Daniel Burke presented a 90-minute webinar covering the various rights of action that can be pursued by condominiums, associations and homeowners, and defenses that are available to developers and contractors. The program offered important insights for homeowners, associations, property managers, developers, builders and insurers.
